1. Who we are

Rizzume is a service operated by Augustova Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend your account if you breach these terms.

3. Subscriptions

Pro is £9.99/month; Premium is £19.99/month, inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current period.

4. Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on Pro and Premium. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated suggestions (CV copy, interview feedback, ATS scores) are guidance, not guarantees. Always review AI outputs before relying on them in a real application.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to generate misleading CVs, harass our AI systems, attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts, or scrape job boards beyond what our app does on your behalf.

7. Refunds

Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cancellation right. Because paid plans unlock immediate digital content (AI runs), you waive this right when you first use a paid feature, consistent with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Liability

We provide the service "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in English courts.
